The building itself is modern and well-maintained, with reliable elevators (trust me, this matters more than you think) and security that’s attentive without being intrusive. With a 7.9 rating, it’s clearly doing something right – it’s that sweet spot where you get genuine comfort and local flavor without paying District 1 prices.
