My stay at this place was absolutely wonderful! The furniture was high-quality, and the beautiful decor gave the entire space a warm, welcoming vibe that felt just like home. Being located right in District 1 made everything so convenient – with restaurants, shops, and attractions just steps away. And having 4P’s Pizza right next door? That was a delicious surprise!
Check-in and check-out were super smooth, with clear photo instructions that made the whole process stress-free. The WiFi was fast and reliable, which was perfect for both work and streaming. I also loved the little decorative touches around the apartment – they really made the space feel extra charming. I would absolutely stay here again!

What a beautiful place! The terrace and view was just amazing, the location is great just a short walk to the central area. Everything was top notch! We had an immaculate, beautiful room with an up-to-date, fancy bathroom and fantastic views.

The house was comfortable, clean, cosy and spacious, my kids loved it so much.
The view from the balcony was relaxing and the jacuzzi was good
What could be improved: -Eateries are not within reached so we had to order our food from Grab
-Only youtube can be played on tv and no other channels
-More towels and mats are needed
-Extra pillows were kept in the wardrobe but they were moldy

We only stayed one night, but it was more than enough to know we wanted to come back. The apartment is spacious, beautifully designed, and ideal for a family—with two bathrooms, air conditioning in every room (including the living area), and a lovely cool atmosphere to return to after a warm day.
We truly appreciated the convenience of having a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and dryer. Everything was thoughtfully prepared—from shower gel to laundry and kitchen soap—so we didn’t have to worry about a thing.
Although we didn’t explore the neighborhood much, the outdoor swimming pool was a highlight of our stay—perfect for relaxation.
The host was incredibly friendly and quick to respond to all our questions. Instructions before arrival were clear and helpful.
We loved it so much that we’ve already booked another stay here for 4 more nights later in our holiday. Absolutely recommend and would happily return!

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful luxury apartment in Vietnam. The space was spotless, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with all the modern comforts you could need—including access to a peaceful, well-maintained pool.
Located in the heart of District 1, the apartment offered the perfect balance between convenience and calm, just a quick 10-minute ride to Ben Thanh Market and other popular spots.
What made our stay even more special was Dustin. He was a fantastic host—responsive, thoughtful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable.

The hosts were very easy to communicate with and always responded quickly. They helped us with anything we needed—extra towels, laundry detergent, or batteries for the remotes. They also made check-in smooth for my parents, who are not very familiar with technology. We really appreciated their kindness and support.
The apartment was very clean and modern. It’s in a quiet and private spot, but still right in the center of District 1. We could walk to many places, and we felt safe the whole time. The building has good security too—keycards are needed for the elevators, and they only work for your floor, which made us feel even more secure.
Overall, it was a great experience. I would happily stay here again!

The apartment was spotless and exactly as described in the listing, which gave us a great first impression. Communication with the host was seamless — they responded quickly, clearly, and went out of their way to accommodate our special requests. A particularly thoughtful touch was the generous supply of bottled drinking water, which we really appreciated.
