The hotel sits on Cao Triều Phát street, and I mean this — having your own car or motorbike here makes total sense because there’s actual parking space. Free private parking, which is honestly a game-changer in this city. Plus, couples seem to really love this area (they rate it super highly), probably because it feels more relaxed and residential.

The Room Experience

My room was clean and well-thought-out, with enough space to actually unpack without everything feeling cramped. The air conditioning works properly — and trust me, you’ll appreciate that in Vietnam’s heat. What I really liked was how quiet it gets at night; District 7 doesn’t have the constant motorbike symphony that keeps you up in the tourist areas. The apartments option is pretty smart too if you’re staying longer, though I stuck with a regular hotel room for my short visit.

You’re close enough to reach the city center when you want to, but far enough away that you can actually relax.
