I’ll be honest – when I first heard about Landmark Plus – Vinhomes AirBnb, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect from the name alone. But after staying there, I get it now. This four-star property sits within the Vinhomes complex, and you know what? It’s actually one of those places that manages to feel both polished and homey at the same time.

The whole setup is pretty clever, really. You’re getting the consistency and amenities of a proper hotel experience, but it’s structured more like a high-end serviced apartment. The space I stayed in was genuinely spacious – not that “spacious for Asia” thing you sometimes hear, but actually roomy. Floor-to-ceiling windows let in tons of natural light, and the kitchen area was well-equipped enough that I could’ve easily done some real cooking if I’d wanted to. The bed was comfortable too, which honestly can be hit-or-miss with some of these hybrid accommodation types.

What really impressed me was how quiet everything was, especially considering you’re in a pretty bustling area. The soundproofing is solid, and the Vinhomes complex itself has this sort of planned community feel that keeps things orderly without being sterile. There’s decent security at the main entrance, and the elevators are fast – small thing, but you appreciate it when you’re hauling luggage or coming back tired from a long day out. The staff genuinely seemed to know what they were doing too, which made check-in smooth and gave me confidence that if anything went wrong, they’d handle it properly. I mean, with a 9 out of 10 rating from other guests, they’re clearly doing something right. The location works well if you want to be connected to the city but not right in the thick of the chaos – you can get where you need to go without feeling like you’re constantly fighting traffic or crowds just to leave your hotel.
