But you know what? This place actually surprised me in the best way possible. The location in Binh Thanh district puts you right in this sweet spot where you’re close enough to the action but far enough from the tourist chaos that hits District 1 every evening.
What really got me was stepping into one of their units and seeing that city view they promise in the name – and they actually deliver on it. The floor-to-ceiling windows look out over Ho Chi Minh City’s skyline, and honestly, watching the city light up at dusk from your apartment never gets old. The four-star setup means you get proper kitchen facilities (not just a mini-fridge and kettle situation), which is a game-changer if you’re staying more than a few days. I mean, street food is incredible here, but sometimes you just want to make coffee your way, you know?
The building itself feels modern without being sterile – there’s this rooftop area where you can actually breathe and get some perspective on the city sprawl. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays at night, even though you’re still connected to everything. The Vincom landmark is practically next door, which sounds commercial but actually makes life easier for groceries and essentials. Staff here seems to genuinely care about getting things right rather than just going through motions, and the 9.2 rating makes sense once you’ve been there a few days. The Wi-Fi actually works consistently (trust me, this matters more than you think), and the air conditioning doesn’t sound like a helicopter landing in your room. It’s the kind of place where you can settle in and feel like you’re living in the city rather than just passing through it.

The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well worth the price. I enjoyed a relaxing spa and massage session during my stay.
However, after booking, you must proactively contact the property or leave your information, as it's located on an independent peninsula. Without reaching out to customer service, you won’t know which building is assigned.
Check-in was smooth as I prepaid via PayPal, and the staff gave me EDM Bar vouchers. My friends and I had a fun night of dancing and drinks.

I recommend everyone to book at this unit, you have buildings with full facilities and spacious for customer groups. I have booked 3 apartments in the vinhome area and all 3 are worth it.
Every little corner of the apartment reflects the care and dedication from the owner, offering the spaciousness of the city center and a high-floor view with many conveniences in the residential area.
The bedroom view on the 16th floor of Aspire is very clean and well-equipped, providing a comfortable and worthwhile stay. The room is spacious, with modern furniture, a cozy bed, and a fantastic view from the 16th floor. However, a small drawback is that the kitchen is not well-stocked with utensils, which made it difficult to cook a variety of meals. If the kitchen were better equipped, the experience would be perfect.
Last night, my partner and I had a wonderful experience at one of the ATK Group’s properties. We especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the high-quality linens to the well-stocked kitchen.
This is a great place to stay. Airy space, with services completely consistent with the description. I had a very good night stay here. Agood place to rest for everyone.
One of the most reassuring and professional establishments I’ve experienced during this business trip. The staff were fantastic, providing me with many cool spots suitable for business travelers, singles, and couples seeking privacy. They handled customer situations quite well
Overall, everything at Aspire Apartment City View was excellent in terms of service quality and staff. However, there are some regulations to be aware of when traveling in Vietnam that made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Nonetheless, I would still return and experience it again!

Pros:
Clean and Comfortable: The apartment was very clean, with a beautiful high view. The staff were very friendly and eager to help at all times.
Currency Exchange and Tours: The currency exchange service was very convenient, and I booked a tour with the staff. The quality of the tour was well worth the cost.
Convenient Location: The apartment is located less than 10 minutes from the Bui Vien area. The surrounding area is nice for walking.
