Super convenient when it came to eating at the restaurants (only a 5-10 minute walk) as well as other things, such as haircuts, massages, and street food

The breakfast was nice. Some hot dishes were served and was different each day (with the exception of the cooked to order eggs). The staff was very nice and they kept a clean dining area. They made sure that the food was replenished if anything was running low. One lady offered to bring me a cup of Vietnam coffee and started doing it every morning for me. I really enjoyed it. The reception staff was outstanding. From the very 1st day they accommodated to my every need and even got me into my room early (which was very much appreciated). Bruce had answered my questions and helped me several times. I accidentally put the wrong room number down on my paperwork for my laundry and he was able to track it down for me. The housekeeping staff and even the door man were also very friendly. Across the board all personnel were very nice and eager to help. The location was very convenient. I was able to walk to many places. The room was very big and clean. The internet was fast. A refrigerator was provided along with a tea kettle. The bed was very comfortable. They offer laundry service. I am sure that I am not thinking of a couple other things I enjoyed, but this is turning into a book.

the location and the size of the bed. Single bed is big enough for 1 person which i really like and comfortable. It is also walking distance to Mall, Walking street and have mini mart on the opposite side of the hotel. The hotel is old but the linen smells clean and not old.

Overall stay was good, would stay again. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Tammy at breakfast was fantastic 10/10 (Loved her ice coffee's) along with the young lady that was on reception in the evening.
