The four-star rating feels about right – it’s not trying to be the Park Hyatt, but the apartment-style setup gives you way more value than a traditional hotel room at this price point. The staff speaks decent English and actually seems to care about sorting out any issues, which isn’t always a given. Pool area gets busy on weekends with local families, but during weekdays it’s pretty peaceful. Only minor gripe is the WiFi can be a bit spotty in the evenings when everyone’s streaming, but honestly, that’s Vietnam for you. If you want proper space to spread out and don’t mind being a bit outside the tourist bubble, this place delivers.
