The location in Phường Tân Phú really grows on you – it’s not the Instagram-famous part of the city, but that’s actually part of its charm. You’re close enough to grab a taxi or Grab to the main attractions without paying premium prices for being right in the thick of things, and the neighborhood has this authentic local feel where you’ll see families out for evening walks rather than just endless streams of tourists. Parking wasn’t a nightmare either, which anyone who’s driven in Ho Chi Minh City will appreciate. I’d definitely recommend this place if you want something that feels more like a temporary home base rather than just another hotel room, especially if you’re planning to stay for more than just a quick weekend trip.
