The Landmark 81 Luxury Apartment Skyline – Vinhomes 1 2 3 4 Bedrooms
I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name The Landmark 81 Luxury Apartment Skyline – Vinhomes 1 2 3 4 Bedrooms, I thought it was a mouthful, but once you see those views from the upper floors, you get why they went all-out with the name. This four-star spot is actually housed in the Landmark 81 tower, which is pretty much impossible to miss if you’re anywhere in District 1 or Binh Thanh – it’s that massive skyscraper that dominates the skyline. The apartment-style setup means you get way more space than your typical hotel room, and honestly, that makes all the difference when you’re staying for more than a couple nights.
What really got me was how they’ve managed to make these serviced apartments feel both luxurious and livable. The kitchenettes are actually functional – I mean, you can cook a proper meal if you want to, not just heat up instant noodles. The living areas have these floor-to-ceiling windows that, depending on which direction you’re facing, give you either river views toward District 2 or city views stretching all the way to District 7. I stayed on the 65th floor and could literally watch the sunset paint the whole city golden every evening. The bathrooms are sleek with rainfall showers, and the beds – well, let’s just say I had zero issues with jet lag recovery. You know what surprised me though? How quiet it gets at night, even being right in the middle of everything. The sound insulation is really solid.
The building itself sits right in the Vinhomes Central Park complex, which means you’re basically in this green bubble with the park right outside, but still walking distance to all the action in District 1. There’s a Sky Bar on one of the upper floors that guests can access – not cheap, but the views are absolutely worth it for at least one drink. The pool area is on a lower sky deck (around the 49th floor, I think), and swimming while looking out over the city is pretty surreal. One thing to note: the elevators can get crowded during peak hours since it’s a mixed-use building with offices and residents, so factor in a few extra minutes if you’re heading out during rush hour. The staff speak good English and were genuinely helpful with restaurant recommendations – they steered me toward some great local spots in Thao Dien that I never would’ve found on my own. With a 9.6 rating, it’s clearly doing something right, and after staying there, I can see why people keep coming back.
