The location in District 1 is absolutely unbeatable – I mean, you’re literally in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City where everything happens. You can walk to Ben Thanh Market in maybe ten minutes, and honestly, being able to stumble back after a night exploring the rooftop bars on Dong Khoi Street is pretty fantastic. What really sets this four-star spot apart though is that private rooftop terrace. I spent most evenings up there with a beer from the Circle K downstairs, watching the organized chaos of motorbikes weaving through the streets below. There’s something almost meditative about it – the city noise becomes this constant hum rather than overwhelming cacophony when you’re elevated above it all.
The penthouse itself actually lives up to the “spacious” part of its name, which was a pleasant surprise after staying in some pretty cramped places around Southeast Asia. The living area flows nicely, and they’ve got this modern kitchen setup that’s perfect if you want to grab fresh ingredients from the morning market and cook something up. The bedroom gets great natural light – though fair warning, if you’re sensitive to street noise, you might want to pack earplugs since District 1 never really sleeps. The bathroom is clean and modern, with decent water pressure, which honestly can be hit or miss in this part of town. What I really appreciated were the little touches – good WiFi throughout (crucial for staying connected), air conditioning that actually works efficiently, and they even had local restaurant recommendations that weren’t just tourist traps. The host was genuinely helpful with insider tips about avoiding the worst traffic times and which entrance to use for the Reunification Palace. You know what really sold me on this place? That rooftop view at sunset, when the sky turns this incredible orange-pink and the whole city starts twinkling below you – it’s the kind of moment that makes you forget about the humidity and motorcycle exhaust for a while.

Good location of the apartments. There are many places you can walk to, there is a market downstairs where you can buy fruits and much more.
The apartment is very interesting, the common area is large, even in the heat there is a breeze. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, plenty of snacks and water.
Bedrooms have air conditioning, there is not much space, but it is enough for sleep and relaxation.
What a gem! When you first arrive you may think, what have we done. But once you get to the actual accommodation you’ll be amazed! The whole place centers around what feels like a converted roof top bar. The two rooms are comfortable and clean. The accommodation was well stocked with water bottles, coffee, noodle soup, potato chips so you don’t need to run out to get your own supplies, even though everything is available in the market right downstairs. The staff was very helpful, present when needed and the location is simply excellent! We made friends with the people working the market downstairs where we got our supplies. Perfect for friends traveling together. Loved it here and would absolutely stay again!

Absolutely spectacular rooftop penthouse right in the heart of District 1 and one street away from Bitexco tower and every convenience imaginable.
Our host was amazing. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble, from helping with luggage to the basics like towels and toilet paper.
The 2 bedrooms are air conditioned, the penthouse is neat and tidy, because this is an open area please remember that dust and dirt may be present when windy but with all the facilities like a full sized fridge and washing machine this place is perfect. Also take note there is a local market and street food dotted along the road underneath, the convenience is great.
This property is new to booking.com so please take it from me that this is simply an amazing place to stay and would pay a lot more for the opportunity for this massive property.
We loved the outdoor space, it was well shaded and roomy. It was about 28-30 degrees for us, any hotter would have been difficult because only the bedroom had AC. There was bottled water and clean shower. Walking distance to anything in D1, markets, food and we liked the neighborhood

Необычный опыт и интересная локация. Это совершенно не похоже на стандартные аппараты. Как будто у тебя твое личное открытое кафе на крыше, и к нему две небольшие спаленки с кондиционерами (охлаждают отлично!) У спален по двери проложено небольшое уплотнение, поэтому уличный шум двери блокируют вполне эффективно. Есть всё: кухня, холодильник, микроволновка, гладильная доска и утюг, стиралка, посуда для приготовления еды, всяческие моющие средства и губки, про которые обычно забывают. Зонты, шлепки, вентилятор, удлинитель, игральные карты, даже коврик для йоги был! На кухне нас ждали бесплатные снеки, чай-кофе, растворимая лапша и даже пара банок пива в холодильнике(!!). Это было очень кстати, поскольку мы приехали поздно и были уставшими. Внизу на улице стихийный рынок (улица по-азиатски колоритная, но это пугает только вначале), можно купить фруктов и вина, и чилить целый день. Над крышей навес, так что от небольшого дождя или палящего солнца защита есть. Интересная подсветка, несколько посиделочных зон и много живых растений, уютно как утром, так и вечером. Опасалась комаров, но их не было. Хозяин супер гостеприимный: всегда на связи, всегда готов помочь в совершенно любых вопросах. Во время поездки по Вьетнаму я попробовала в одном кафе жареный батат с необычной специей (соленая пудра из сушеных абрикосов), попыталась купить ее, обошла все супермаркеты - нигде не могла найти в продаже. Уже отчаявшись, спросила у хозяина - и вуаля! Оперативно заказал ее для меня, доставили за полдня.
