I’ll be honest – when I first saw the name MIN’ Apartment – Saigon Royal – Upscale Apartment – near Ben Thanh – Downtown, I thought it was trying way too hard. But you know what? Sometimes the longest names hide the best surprises, and this four-star place absolutely delivers on its promise.
The location is what really got me. I mean, you’re literally a three-minute walk from Ben Thanh Market, which sounds touristy until you realize that puts you right in the thick of Ho Chi Minh City’s energy without being stuck in some sterile hotel district. The apartment itself feels more like staying at a well-connected friend’s place – there’s this lived-in elegance that you don’t get in cookie-cutter hotels. The kitchen actually works (I made coffee there every morning), the living space doesn’t feel cramped, and honestly, the view from the windows gives you this perfect slice of Saigon street life. You’ll hear the motorbikes, sure, but it’s more like a gentle urban lullaby than actual noise – plus the windows are good quality, so you can shut it out when you need to sleep.
What impressed me most was how the space manages to feel both upscale and approachable. The furnishings are modern without being cold, there’s plenty of storage (thank god, because I always overpack), and the bathroom has one of those rainfall showers that actually works properly. The building itself has this quiet professionalism – security is present but not intrusive, the elevators are quick, and the lobby feels more like an actual residence than a hotel. I loved that I could grab street food from the vendors right outside, then come back and eat it properly at the dining table instead of perched on a hotel bed. The neighborhood comes alive around 6 PM, with families heading out for dinner and the evening food scene kicking into gear – it’s the kind of authentic daily rhythm you miss when you’re stuck in tourist areas. With a 9.1 rating, other travelers clearly get what makes this place special too.

Very nice, clean , comfortable, very good location, they have gym, swimming pool, Starbucks just outside the building and convience store too, variety food just Dow the street and plenty coffee shop, love the owner, she check on us every couple day to see if we need anything, staff very nice and sweet, definitely will come back and will recommend to our families and friends.

I recently stayed at MIN’ apartment and had a great experience. The place is exceptionally clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Although the location is not central, it’s still convenient and offers a peaceful atmosphere. The view from the apartment was stunning, and I always felt safe due to the excellent security measures. Overall, I highly recommend this place for its cleanliness, amenities, great views, and safety.
Washing machine , pool, comfortable beds
Our original accommodation was cancelled a few hours before we landed in Saigon. I booked the apartments last minute, Min was super helpful, speaks perfect English, her organization skills are exceptional. The apartments are spacious, very well equipped, 2 bathrooms, large living room, nice kitchen. You can find 2 shops and 2 coffees right at the entrance. Taxi, Grab always available. It is a 20 min walk to the center. One of the apartments was on the 31st floor with a gorgeous view of the city,
The location was just over the bridge from District 1, in walking distance and very easy to get to. We loved the apartment as it was large, clean and fairly new, the beds were comfortable and the bedroom curtains blocked out most of the morning light. Water pressure was great. We could hear a bit of the traffic noise but it was not too bad. We slept well enought. Their is a Mini Mart downstairs to stock up on any supplies. We wish we could have stayed longer but will definitely book again if we ever return to HCM. The host was easy to deal with for any enquiries.
Stunning view from 31st Floor to the river with cruise ships, and city with all lights. Wow! The checkin was very smooth, appartment clean and modern, liked the pool on 3d floor. Washing maschine was just in time for us. :) The location is convinient. Starbucks and Highland Coffee is just downstairs, the grocery as well with breakfast possibilities. Some small restaurants nearby, some with good food with reasonable price. Didnt find any fine dining place, however the 1st district its just over the bridge with plenty of great restaurants. 10 min by taxi to the main attraction ( Saigon square, markets, post office etc).
The owner was really kind to us and the apartment was spotless!
Clean and convenient roo, perfect location, affordable price for us, and so on.. Any prissy traveler will be convinced by this place.
De ligging, het was ontzettend schoon en er waren 2 badkamers. En mooi uitzicht.
