I’ll be honest – when I first walked into MHome on Nguyễn Khoái Street, I wasn’t expecting much from the exterior. But you know what? Sometimes the best places in Ho Chi Minh City hide behind modest facades, and this four-star spot is exactly that kind of pleasant surprise.
The thing about staying in District 4 is that you’re getting the real Saigon experience without the tourist circus of District 1, and MHome gets this balance just right. The staff actually remembers your name after the first day (which honestly shocked me), and they’ve got this knack for suggesting places that aren’t in every guidebook. I mean, they pointed me toward this incredible bánh mì cart just two blocks away that I never would’ve found otherwise. The rooms themselves are clean and modern – not flashy, but everything works properly, which you can’t always count on in this city. The air conditioning is legitimately powerful, and trust me, you’ll appreciate that when the afternoon heat hits. I loved that they’ve managed to soundproof the place pretty well too, because Nguyễn Khoái can get busy with motorbikes, especially during rush hour.
What really sets this place apart is how they handle the little stuff. The breakfast spread isn’t huge, but it’s got both Vietnamese and Western options that are actually done well – the pho is legit, and they make a decent coffee (though honestly, you should still venture out to try the local cà phê sữa đá). The location is perfect if you want to explore the more authentic parts of the city. You’re walking distance to the riverfront, and getting to District 1’s main attractions is just a quick Grab ride away. Plus, there’s something refreshing about coming back to a quieter neighborhood after spending the day dodging tourists at Ben Thanh Market. The rooftop area is small but gives you nice views of the city, especially at sunset when the Saigon River catches the light just right. It’s not fancy – just a few chairs and some plants – but it’s become my go-to spot for planning the next day’s adventures with a cold beer.

The place is immaculate, tucked in a side alley but it’s renovated. Clean, comfy beds, new rooms, great price, highly recommended
What could be improved: Aircon was a little slow to cool room, and water took few minutes to get warm

Good location, clean facilities, pleasant staff.
What could be improved: My bed was fairly comfortable, but my son's bed was far too firm for him. I would be sure to request a room with a soft bed next time.

"I was really satisfied with the trip here and would definitely come back if I had more chances"
I was impressed by the comfort of the room and it was so clean. I was also satisfied with the room layout. The space is modern and comfortable. The staff here are professional and delicated. I had concern about late check in at night due to my flight and received guidance and enthusiastic support from the staff. The location is also quite close to the centre of city and convenient for me to move around with many stores around.

Phòng đẹp và rất sạch sẽ, nhân viên thân thiện và hỗ trợ khách. Phòng tôi có thiết bị phòng tắm hỏng, sau khi nhờ hỗ trợ đã được thay mới. Có khu vực gửi xe máy và phơi đồ.

Phòng sạch sẽ, chị chủ và nhân viên đều nhiệt tình, xung quanh phòng có rất nhiều tiệm bán đồ ăn nước uống, siêu thị chỉ cách vài bước chân, phòng thoáng mát, có máy giặt vô củng tiện lợi

"Exceptional"
Cảm quan của mình là phòng rất cozy phù hợp cho 1 nơi lưu trú đầy đủ tiện nghi. Giường rất êm và rộng. Các vật dụng trong nhà rất mới và sạch sẽ. Phòng có luôn máy giặt trong phòng, có ban công nên cảm giác k bị ngộp và tù túng. Chị quản gia và anh chị chủ nhà đều thân thiện dễ thương cần nấu ăn thì cứ hỏi thẳng trực tiếp các dụng cụ như nồi cơm điện thì ở đây cũng có sẵn luôn. Đi ra ngoài k đem theo thẻ quẹt thang máy anh chị chủ sẽ quẹt giúp còn cẩn thận hỏi có áo mưa không nếu ra ngoài trời sắp mưa. Ở sảnh mỗi tầng đều có bàn với ghế cho khách đợi thang máy nhìn ra giếng trời. Mọi thứ vừa vặn với nhu cầu bản thân mình cho 1 kì nghỉ thoải mái. Khu vực xung quanh gần trường học, siêu thị , cửa hàng vị trí rất thuận tiện để di chuyện vào trung tâm.
