Luxury 4-Bedroom Villa with Private Pool & Billiards Table
When I first pulled up to Luxury 4-Bedroom Villa with Private Pool & Billiards Table on Đường Số 11, I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect – the address had me thinking it might be tucked away in some residential maze. But you know what? That’s actually part of its charm. This four-star villa sits in one of those quieter pockets of Ho Chi Minh City where you can still hear yourself think, yet you’re close enough to the action that a quick motorbike ride gets you wherever you need to go.
The space itself is pretty impressive – I mean, four bedrooms might sound excessive if you’re traveling solo, but hear me out. Each room has its own character, and there’s something liberating about having that much space to spread out. The private pool is where I spent most of my mornings, actually. It’s not Olympic-sized or anything dramatic, but it’s perfectly adequate for cooling off after wandering around the city in that relentless humidity. The water stays clean, which honestly can be hit-or-miss with private pools in this price range. What really surprised me was how much use that billiards table got – it’s tucked in this semi-outdoor area that catches a nice cross-breeze in the evenings, and somehow it became the social hub whenever we had people over.
The kitchen is fully equipped, which matters more than you might think when you’re staying somewhere for more than a couple nights. I found myself cooking breakfast most mornings instead of venturing out – partly because the local markets are close enough to grab fresh ingredients, and partly because the villa’s dining area overlooks the pool and feels more relaxing than most hotel restaurants. The neighborhood itself is interesting too; you’re not in the tourist bubble of District 1, but you’re not completely off the beaten path either. There’s a decent coffee shop about a five-minute walk away (the owner speaks pretty good English), and the street food scene on the main road is legitimate – locals actually eat there, which is always a good sign. One small thing that bugged me: the Wi-Fi can be spotty in the far bedrooms, so if you need to work, stick to the common areas. But honestly, given how peaceful the villa feels and how easy it is to disconnect here, that might actually be a feature, not a bug.
You need to let the property know what time you'll be arriving in advance.
