I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name Luxury 2 or 3BR Apartment in Dist 1, Pool and airport pickup, I thought it sounded more like a Craigslist ad than a proper hotel. But you know what? Sometimes the places with the most straightforward names end up surprising you the most, and this four-star spot absolutely delivers on its promises.
The location on Võ Văn Kiệt Street is actually pretty brilliant if you know Ho Chi Minh City at all. You’re right in the thick of District 1 without being stuck in the tourist mayhem around Đồng Khởi Street – I mean, you can still walk to all the main sights, but you’re not dealing with the constant honking and street vendor chaos right outside your window. The building itself has this modern, clean look that honestly feels more like upscale residential than typical hotel vibes, which makes sense since these are actual apartment-style units. When you walk in, there’s this immediate sense of space that you just don’t get in regular hotel rooms – proper living areas, full kitchens with decent appliances, and bedrooms that feel like, well, actual bedrooms instead of boxes with beds shoved in them.
What really won me over was how practical everything is. The airport pickup isn’t just some overpriced shuttle service – they actually coordinate with you properly and show up on time, which if you’ve ever landed at Tan Son Nhat during rush hour, you’ll appreciate more than you know. The pool area is where this place really shines though. It’s not huge, but it’s clean and surprisingly peaceful given that you’re in the middle of one of Asia’s busiest cities. I spent quite a few evenings up there just decompressing after walking around the markets all day – you can actually hear yourself think, which is saying something in this city. The staff genuinely seems to care about making sure things work smoothly, and they’re quick to sort out any issues without making you feel like you’re bothering them. Sure, the apartment-style setup means housekeeping isn’t as frequent as a traditional hotel, but honestly, having the space to spread out and the freedom to grab snacks from the kitchen at midnight more than makes up for it. If you’re planning to stay more than a couple nights and want to feel less like a tourist passing through and more like you’re actually living in the city for a bit, this place gets it right in ways that surprised me.

Kitchen and bedding were spotless and smelled fresh. They also provided a large bottle of clean water, really thoughtful and convenient. We traveled with two small kids and I felt totally safe cooking in the apartment. There’s also a nice swimming pool and a play area for children. Perfect spot for a family stay!

Beautiful apartment in a high-end building, close to the city center and Bui Vien Walking Street. There’s a delicious Pizza 4P’s restaurant right in front. The swimming pool is small but clean and pretty, and the security is excellent. The room felt cozy and was fully equipped, and staff were quick to respond to any request.

The room was clean, luxurious, and super comfortable with great air conditioning. Staff were very professional and incredibly sweet. I arrived late around 10 PM but was still warmly welcomed and assisted quickly. When I asked about dining and local attractions, the staff helped me look up information and even made reservations for me.

I have been trying to find a place to heal my soul and this is the ideal place to stay. From the space to the environment, everything makes me feel comfortable. Vietnam is definitely a place worth choosing for a vacation.

The host was very enthusiastic in advising and supporting me. When there was a problem with the room, the host and his staff tried to arrange for me a great room that suited my wishes.
What could be improved: The lobby area was a bit small and hot for our check in wait.

"Spacious, comfy, and excellent host support with free airport shuttle"
There’s a great pizza place right next to the apartment. Getting a Grab was quick and convenient. The security is excellent and always attentive. Whenever we requested something from the host, she responded immediately.
What could be improved: Bang for the buck, nothing to complain about. The view from the apartment isn’t the best, but that’s beyond control. Honestly, I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

The swimming pool is not too big but it is beautifully designed, clean and creates a pleasant feeling when swimming or relaxing by the pool. This is an ideal space to soak in the cool water or rest on a lounge chair under the gentle sunlight. The scene is really peaceful, the cool space brings me comfort as if separated from the noise and hustle of everyday life.
What could be improved: The building does not have outdoor areas with many trees.

The location of this place is extremely convenient, it is located right in the center so it is easy to move to entertainment, shopping or dining spots. It helps me save a lot of time traveling and enjoy many interesting activities in the area. In particular, the staff here are not only enthusiastic in supporting but also extremely friendly, humorous, always making me feel comfortable.
What could be improved: The building does not have much variety of food.

"Wonderful"
The room here is really spacious, giving a really comfortable feeling, whether staying for a short or long time, it is pleasant. The furniture and amenities are fully equipped, from beds, wardrobes, tables and chairs to small items, creating the feeling of being in my own home. The space is clean, bright and carefully cared for, helping guests to easily relax and enjoy their stay.
What could be improved: The bath in the sauna is small enough for 1 person.
