Sometimes the places with the most straightforward names end up being exactly what you need, and this four-star setup in District 1 actually delivered way beyond what I expected.
The thing about staying in District 1 is that you’re literally in the heart of everything – I mean, you can stumble out of bed and be at Ben Thanh Market in like ten minutes on foot. This apartment complex sits on one of those quieter side streets (which honestly surprised me because I was expecting typical downtown chaos), and the airport pickup they mention? Actually legit. The driver was waiting with my name on a sign, no haggling or confusion, which if you’ve been to Ho Chi Minh City before, you’ll know that’s worth its weight in gold. The building itself has that newer Vietnamese development feel – clean lobby, working elevators, and security that actually pays attention to who’s coming and going.
What really sold me on the place was the pool situation. I stayed in the 2-bedroom unit on the 15th floor, and after spending days walking around the humid streets below, that rooftop pool became my evening ritual. It’s not huge, but it’s clean and usually pretty quiet after 7 PM when the families clear out. The gym is… well, it’s there and functional – a few treadmills, some weights, nothing fancy but honestly more than most places offer. The apartment itself felt lived-in in a good way, not like those sterile hotel rooms where everything’s bolted down. Real kitchen with actual pots and pans, a washing machine that worked (major win for longer stays), and decent WiFi that didn’t cut out during video calls. The air conditioning could freeze a polar bear, which in that climate is exactly what you want. My only real gripe? The hot water took forever to kick in for morning showers, but I mean, we’re talking like three minutes max – hardly a deal breaker. The whole experience felt less like staying in a hotel and more like borrowing a friend’s really nice apartment, which is exactly the vibe I was going for.

Comfort, luxury and cleanliness are the words I use for this place. If you travel with a large group of people and need a comfortable place to stay like home, this is the right place for you. The host is also very nice, they supported us a lot during our long-term stay here.
The place is very new and beautiful, the room is exactly like the picture, very comfortable, including a washing machine in the room. I rented a place to film my vlog, a place that looked very warm like my own home. The room lighting is very good and spacious, the video looks sparkling. Room decoration is also great. It looked very nice in the website. I was staying for a long time, so I decided to book this 2-bedroom apartment. The apartment is exactly like the outside. It's look very luxurious and comfortable, the bedroom has a view of the city. The kitchen space is fully equipped with amenities and appliances, including a washing machine, so for those with families, it is extremely convenient. I really likes the design and interior decoration here, it's very beautiful. There is also a super nice gym and swimming pool. The host was very kind and assisted me with many issues during my stay. I was introduced here by a friend. An apartment that does not disappoint. Every time I go to a strange place, I have a hard time sleeping, but this place makes me feel familiar, cozy.
