The four-star property sits right in Binh Thanh district, and I mean, the views from the higher floors genuinely surprised me – you get this sweeping panorama of Ho Chi Minh City that makes you realize just how sprawling and alive this city really is.

What struck me most was how the suites feel more like temporary apartments than hotel rooms. The kitchenettes are actually functional (not just for show), which is perfect if you’re staying longer or just want to grab some fresh fruit from the local markets and store it properly. The building itself has this modern Vietnamese aesthetic – clean lines but with warm touches that don’t feel sterile. You know what I really appreciated? The soundproofing is surprisingly good considering you’re on a busy street. Điện Biên Phủ can get pretty hectic during rush hours, but inside, it’s peaceful enough to actually work or relax without constant traffic noise bleeding through.

The location honestly grows on you the longer you stay. You’re not in the touristy District 1 chaos, but you’re close enough that a quick Grab ride gets you to Ben Thanh Market or the Opera House in maybe fifteen minutes, depending on traffic. What I loved was being in a more residential area – there’s this great pho place just two blocks down that barely any tourists know about, and the local coffee shops nearby serve some seriously good cà phê sữa đá for a fraction of what you’d pay in the city center. The staff here actually gave me directions to these spots, which tells you something about how they understand what makes a stay memorable. Sure, it’s not going to blow you away with flashy amenities, but sometimes that’s exactly what you want – a comfortable base that feels authentic to the city rather than isolated from it.
