I’d say the hotel hits that sweet spot where you feel like you’re staying somewhere authentic rather than in some tourist bubble, but you’ve still got all the practical stuff sorted – decent WiFi, helpful front desk, and they can arrange airport pickup if you don’t want to deal with taxi negotiations after a long flight.
