Overview
I’ll be honest, when I first pulled up to the KrisVue Building on Nguyen Duy Trinh Street, I wasn’t sure what to expect from Deluxe apartment with balcony, pool, fitness and yoga. The address in District 2 had me thinking I’d be way out in the sticks, but actually, this part of Ho Chi Minh City has really come alive in recent years. The Thao Dien area nearby is packed with expat cafes and decent Western food, and you’re still close enough to the city center that a Grab ride doesn’t break the bank.
What really sold me on this four-star setup was stepping onto that balcony for the first time. You know what? The view actually matters when you’re dealing with the chaos of Saigon traffic all day. I mean, being able to come back and just breathe while looking out over the Saigon River – it’s sort of therapeutic. The apartment itself is spacious in a way that most hotels in the city just can’t match. You’ve got a proper living area where you can actually spread out your stuff, and the kitchen comes in handy when you get tired of street food (though honestly, the bun bo hue from the cart downstairs is pretty solid). The building’s pool area gets busy around sunset – seems like all the other guests have the same idea about beating the heat – but during the day it’s usually quiet enough to actually swim laps if that’s your thing.
The fitness center and yoga space are honestly better than I expected from an apartment building. Nothing fancy, but the equipment works and it’s clean, which is more than I can say for some of the hotel gyms I’ve used around the city. What I really appreciate is how the whole place feels more like living somewhere rather than just passing through. The front desk staff actually remember your name after a day or two, and they’re genuinely helpful with local recommendations – not just the touristy stuff everyone suggests. Parking is included, which is huge if you’re planning to rent a motorbike, and the building’s security is solid without being overbearing. The only minor thing is that the elevator can get a bit slow during peak hours, but honestly, that’s pretty typical for this type of building in the area. If you’re looking for something that gives you space to actually relax while still being connected to the real Ho Chi Minh City – not just the backpacker district everyone talks about – this place hits that sweet spot perfectly.

"100% recommended. Great apartment even better host"
The whole stay at this apartment was amazing. The apartment was exceptionally clean and comftorble with everything you would need. The hosts, however, i couldn't thank them enough. They made my stay perfect and helped tremendously whilst planning a suprise birthday party. They offered great advice, and anything i asked of them was never too much trouble. I would 100% recommend staying in this apartment. Again, i couldn't thank the owners enough, and i will be returning.

very comfortable. The owners are great people. Everything works well.
What could be improved: For my needs, it isn't centrally located. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. But it is a distance to Thao Dien and District I.

"The stay was great and felt like home."
The host Peter, was patiently waiting for us in the lobby and handed over the keys to their apartment. He showed us the way to the apartment and explained about the dos and don'ts patiently. The house was very airy and beautiful. All appliances were in working condition and maintained clean.
What could be improved: I felt the aircon needed a service. I did not feel any cold air.

"Lovely stay"
Great owner/host, very responsive, sooooooo helpful and accommodating, even with my very last minute schedule change. Very clean and well kept apartment, well stocked with literally everything you need for a longer stay. Quiet neighbourhood. Choices of convenience stores for late night foods and other needs etc.
What could be improved: This is no fault of the property itself but the main road Nguyen Duy Trinh is very congested, dusty and full of pot holes, so if your driver can take the back road via District 2 (which doesn’t always open!) you’ll have a much better journey into the city and back.

"Wonderful"
Host was so kind. Help us whatever we asked for. House is clean and have good faclities. Experience to live a local neighbourhood. There are many shops and restaurants close by..Everything was convenient definetly recommend..

"We loved it!"
Had everything we wanted and more. Kitchen was well stocked which seems to be a rarity for holiday apartments; gym was quiet, sunsets to die for. Host was very accommodating even bringing us a rice cooker when we requested which they didn’t need to do.
What could be improved: If you’re not too fussed about being close to central HCM this place is perfect.
May benefit the building by linking the lift circuits. As a pair of 2 and 1 weren’t linked both buttons need to be pushed to get fastest lift but this would result in lifts opening for nobody, being not as efficient; however this is not a problem just constructive feedback for the building.

Очень уютная квартира. Есть все необходимое для жизни! Хозяйка квартиры всегда была с нами на связи. Хорошее место расположения, рядом остановка общественного транспорта, рестораны и магазины👍Нам очень понравилось. Рекомендуем.

"Tuyệt vời"
Căn hộ rất hiện đại và tiện nghi. Đồ dùng bếp, nhà tắm , máy giặt đều rất tốt. Thiết kế của căn hộ cách âm tốt nên khi mình ở đây thấy rất thoải mái và ngủ ngon. Chị chủ rất nhiệt tình và hỗ trợ mình rất nhiều. Xung quanh là khu vực dân cư đông đúc , rất nhiều đồ ăn dọc theo đường Nguyễn Duy Trinh trong khoảng cách đi bộ.

"Trạm dừng chân tuyệt vời"
Tòa nhà có tầm nhin dễ chịu. Phòng ốc trang trí hiện đại và hợp mắt. Chủ nhà chuẩn bị rất chu đáo từ việc gia đình mình có bao nhiêu người là bấy nhiêu khăn tắm (thông thường chỉ có 2), đồ đạc trong nhà vệ sinh cũng đầy đủ và hầu như mình không cần mang theo thứ gì. Vị trí cũng thuận lợi khi có nhiều cửa hàng tiện lợi cạnh bên. Có công viên, có hồ bơi.
What could be improved: Mình không có gì bất mãn cả.
